b5media PH Dinner and the Blogger Mixer

Finally! A post about the two events last November! LOL. I do apologise for my nondescript absence lately. My reasons are not that grave but there is a valid explanation for it. Seriously. Been sick (cough, cough). And, yea, busy with family coming to visit. Then I had to play catch up with work. Gah. But now I’m taking time off so I can tell you guys about my relatively recent blogger meanderings. Heehee.
First up, the b5media PH Dinner with Shai Coggins, co-owner and VP for Community of b5media Global Blog Network.

The coup nor the midnight curfew did not stop us from meeting up. I’m glad we did push through cuz I wouldn’t have discovered Plato Platino. They served good paella and the pesto was yummy! Not to mention, the bread sticks! And I can’t say anything bad about the ambiance. The photo above didn’t do it justice. Hmmm. It’s sorta, kinda like this —
Too bad we had to leave early. Ah, well.
Now, we move on to the Blogger Mixer held at Kape Isla in Serendra, the following day.
The women present in the event: (Standing) Noemi, Shai (of course!), Sophie, Phoebe, Karla, and Annalyn; (Seated) Sharm and Roanne. Not in the photo, but was definitely there, is Toni of Wifely Steps! Picnapped from Phoebe.
Of course, there were men, too. As much as we would’ve enjoyed an all-girls slumber party sorta thing, we had to include the guys. Heh.
Roll call: Rico, Marc, Jayvee, Juned, Mike, Ely, Jonas, Eugene, Azrael, Ronald, Carlos, Renzie, Sonnie, and Rico Sta. Cruz. I hope I didn’t miss anyone!
Most, if not all, took home b5media schwags and loots courtesy of Shai and Style Manila gave out some fashion accessories to the women.
